The Bellamy Mansion Museum is an iconic historic site located in downtown Wilmington, NC. Built between 1859 and 1861, the mansion and slave quarters on site are leading examples of regional antebellum architecture. The site was home to the Bellamy family and the enslaved people who lived and worked there. Today, the museum offers guided tours, exhibitions, and public programs that explore Southern history, architecture, race, and historic preservation. With its restored buildings, lush gardens, and rich storytelling, the Bellamy Museum stands as a vital piece of North Carolina's complex and layered past. Proceeds from this event support the museum’s mission to preserve this landmark and educate future generations about the region’s rich and diverse history.
